Wayne Abler - Wayne has been an Educational Media Producer at UW-La Crosse for the past nine years where he writes, shoots, edits, and serves as a consultant to the University on media technology. He has served GW-MCA-I as Communications Director and last year as Financial Director. He also has won the prestigious "rubber chicken" award for his portrayal of "Martin Stewart." Wayne served 8 years as Senior Producer/Director at Snap-On Inc. in Kenosha and worked in television news before that.
Don Byrne - Don is the owner of The Post House in Eau Claire. Before that, he was a Producer/Director/Editor and General Manager of TeleVideo Productions. Don has served as Communications Director for the Greater Wisconsin ITVA chapter from 1992-1993 and President from 2002-2003 and was voted Member of the Year in 1993. Before being President and President-elect, he was on the Board of Directors for three years. He was also the Judging Coordinator for CameoFest 15. He has served on a number of International Video Festival preliminary panels and has been a member of MCA-I for eighteen years including two years as a student at the University of Wisconsin- Platteville.
Laurie Clark - Laurie is an Associate Producer/Editor at Becker Communications, Inc. in Schofield. She graduated three years ago from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. As a student Laurie worked for four years at the student television station in various capacities including Assignment Editor and Programming Director. She also produced projects for the Department of Music and the Department of Theater & Dance at UWSP. Last year, she served as President Elect and was judging coordinator for CameoFest 18. This is her third year as a member of GW-MCA-I.
Alan Condra - Alan is a partner at Source Media Network. Before that Alan was a producer and the Director of New Project Development at Discover Wisconsin Productions for five years. He came to DW by the way of the corporate world where he produced video programs for marketing and communications as well as managed an audio-visual services department for Hormel Foods in Minnesota. Alan has been a member of GW-MCA-I for nine years and MCA-I for sixteen years. Four years ago, Alan was also the Program Director.
Jim Daniels - Jim is now a multimedia producer at Marshfield Clinic. Before that he was a Media Director for Wausau Insurance Companies for nearly 12 years. He has previously served as Development Director and Communications Director. Jim was the Executive Producer for CameoFest 4,7, and 12. He's been twice named as GW-MCA-I Member of the Year. On a national level, Jim has served as a scriptwriting craft panel judge for the MCA-I Video Festival as well as a preliminary panel judge.
Brett Huus - Brett is the owner of Sound Strations Audio Productions Inc. Sound Strations specializes in Audio Post Production and Original music tracks. Brett is Past President of The La Crosse Area Ad Club, which is a member of American Advertising Federation. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin La Crosse, Brett began his career specializing in music production and gradually added postproduction to his line of services. Brett has 18 years of consumer product sales background with ConAgra, and Hunt-Wesson. Brett has been a member of MCA-I for three years.
Dick Kenitzer - Dick has been a Producer/Writer at Marshfield Clinic for 21 years. Dick has served as President, President-Elect, Program Director, Financial Director, Communications Director, and Immediate Past-President on the Board of Directors. Dick was an MCA-I Blue Ribbon Panel judge in 1991. He also was the Vice-Chair and Chairman of the ITVA Video Festival from 1995 - 1997. Dick was also a member of 1993-1994 MCA-I Recognition Committee that restructured the Chapter of the Year contest. Dick was judging coordinator for CameoFest 5 and 9, production coordinator for CameoFest 4, 13, 14, 15, 16 and 17 and twice a GW-MCA-I Member of the Year. In 1998, he received the Board of Director's Award from MCA-I.
Michael Martin - Michael has been at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point for 17 years. His is presently a Broadcast Specialist. Michael has served as President, President-Elect, Program Director, and as a member of the Board of Directors. He has served on International Video FEstival prelimianry panels and as host ofr other chapters' video festivals. Michael was judging coordinator for CameoFest 7.
Colleen Parquette - Colleen is currently an Editor/Designer/Videographer/Producer at Golden Icon in Wausau, WI. Prior work history includes: four years in Milwaukee as an Avid Editor and head Graphic Artist for Logan Productions, Inc., four years in Sioux Falls, SD. working simultaneously for Dakota Video and Post (Designer, Avid/Media 100/Linear Editor ) and KSFY-ABC (news production). Colleen has a multitude of experience producing print, multimedia, video, and film pieces. She was a member of the GW-MCA-I Board of Directors last year and has been a member for three years through Golden Icon.
Bryan Piepenburg - Bryan has been with Becker Communications, Inc., Schofield for seven years. Bryan came to Becker as a Producer/Video Editor and now serves as the Manager of the Media Services Department and oversees internal IT issues. Prior industry employment includes an eight-year stint as a Producer for the Broadcasting Service of Southern Illinois University at Carbondale and seven years as Assistant Production Manager/Production Director at WAOW-TV9, Wausau. Bryan is in his sixth year as an MCA-I member. He has served as a Board member and as President, President-elect, Judging Coordinator for CameoFest 17 and was GW-MCA-I Member of the Year in 2001. The Division of Communication at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point also named Bryan 2003 Alumnus of the Year. Bryan is also responsible for the GW-MCA-I website.
Sue Reetz - Susan is a partner in Rucinski & Reetz Communication, LLC. She has been a member of MCA-I for ten years. Four years ago she was Immediate Past President on the Board of Directors; She has also been acting President, President and President-Elect, and a member of the Board of Directors. Her work has been awarded on both the local and national levels for MCA-I and the New York Film Festivals. She served on a commmitte that coordinated the production and logistics for CameoFest 12 and served as judging coordinator and co-scriptwriter for CameoFest 13. In 1999 and 2003, she was the GW-MCA-I Member of the Year.
Pam Rucinski - Pam is a partner in Rucinski & Reetz Communication. She has been a member of GW-MCA-I for eleven years and has served as immediate past president, president, and president-elect and last year as Development Director. She has co-produced a GW-ITVA public service project and has won many local, state, and national awards. She has also served on many award panels including the Blue Ribbon Judging Panel for the national organization of MCA-I.
